Refund policy

Each House of Evereign candle is hand poured in small batches, and we want you to love what you receive.

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once a candle has been used or lit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@houseofevereign.com, and we’ll make it right.

Unused, unopened candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back.
